Providing safe anesthetic solutions for dentists

How can anesthesia help your practice?

Dentist anesthesiology is a safe solution for many dental practices.

Having a dentist anesthesiologist on your dental team can help make dental procedures more comfortable for certain patients.  While many dental procedures can still be performed under local anesthesia or with minimal to moderate sedation, it is useful to be able to provide your patients with a higher level of sedation when needed.  You can focus on the procedure while we are there to monitor your patient and ensure their comfort.

What is a dentist anesthesiologist?

Dentist anesthesiologists are dentists who have completed a two or three year post-doctoral training program in dental anesthesiology. We can offer a full spectrum of safe and comfortable anesthesia services for patients in your office.

What can you expect from your dentist anesthesiologist?

When you welcome a dentist anesthesiologist to your office as part of your dental team, we will provide the pre-operative evaluation, intra-operative management and post-operative care for the safe and effective treatment of your patient.

We provide all the necessary anesthesia-related equipment and medications to safely administer sedation and general anesthesia in your office.

What happens if there is an emergency?

We provide the same quality of anesthesia that a patient would receive in a hospital or surgical center.  We are fully equipped and trained to safely manage complications that may arise.  We are experienced in airway management, endotracheal/nasotracheal intubation and establishing and maintaining intravenous lines.
